Blogging VS. Facebook
Since I've become 100% addicted to facebook, my blogging has fallen to the wayside. But I find myself coming back. I miss the closeness and candid thoughts I could share with my "followers" instead of broadcasting a general comment to 300 people. So there you have it.....BLOGGERS....I'm back!!!
Today is Sunday - and I am supposed to be at work. I am sitting at home in bed, and I'd like to vent why. Friday night I couldn't sleep because I was having TERRIBLE tooth pain. I was crying and couldn't get it under control. I went to work Saturday (not the best choice I've made lately), and was barely functional. It's a great thing to have such nice and understanding co-workers! I got in to see an emergency dentist at WEM - right beside the hospital I work at. He was quick, and nice. And told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth. He suspected a sinus infection. I found that hard to believe as I was not sick, nor was I stuffed up. He suggested I take as much anti-inflammatory that is recommended on the bottle, and a max dose of decongestant. Well..that didn't help. I somehow finished my shift, then drove myself to the afterhours clinic in SP. The wait was unbelievable, but when I was seen - they confirmed it. I have a blocked/infected sinus duct. She injected me with some Toradol (which I have to say is the cat's meow!!!) and sent me home with a strong antibiotic. She promised I'd feel better in 3 days. 3 DAYS?!?!?!? Who can feel like this for 3 DAYS?!?!?!? Anyway, I am not taking the max amount of Tylenol, and Advil Cold and Sinus with an extra Advil...ROFL
Tonight we go to my mom's for dinner. She made it home from Mexico yesterday, and I have yet to see her. I miss her terribly. She picked up Paige and has had her since yesterday afternoon.
