Yupee! An other 4.2 lbs bites the dust! I am almost at my %10 goal! I have lost over 20 lbs on WW, and am nearing the 200lb mark! I can't wait to get there! I am getting closer and closer....

Today I woke up at 7:15am while everyone else slept in until 8:30am. Why? I don't know..If I did, I'd do something to fix it! What a bummer. Maybe I should sneak out to the gym or something...nah..that's too much work. Instead I just played on the net. Got cought up on some emails.

For the rest of today, we are going to one of my new LP friend's L's house. She likes to scrapbook, and her hubby likes to play video games. So Darren and I should get along with them just fine! Her son is super adorable too, and plays so nicely with Paige.

So the last two days were supposed to be "orientation" back at work, and they ended up being more of a "trial by fire"!!! It was busy, and we were short staffed so me going around re-familiarizing and catching up on new policies, turned it to "Oh...Dallas, could you just take care of the medicine patients today...and the OR recovery room...OH..and Labour and Delivery...Oh...and if you don't mind....CCU could use you...."

Needless to say it was a whirlwind two 12hr shifts, the time went by so fast - and I barely had time to eat! My legs and hips were sore at the end of the day, but all in all it was GREAT to be back. I love my job.

Paige is so happy at her dayhome, I really found a gem.

Today we have a lady coming to take blood and urine samples for our life insurance...rofl...that should be fun. Then I am taking PJ swimming. I promised her Mommy would do something special with her on my first day off after working - all the time! So today we go swimming.

I have been having blog problems the last week, and have lost a lot of my posts while trying to save them, so you may not see me post as often now.

I am starting back at work on Wednesday, so I will also have little time too. But I will try and update as often as possible!

Today Paige and I will definetly be wearing some green, wouldn't want to get pinched! We are going to stop off at Laura's house this morning as she is having a green festival. It will be fun. Then we are going to a new friend's place "Supermommy" to play and visit the rest of the day. Darren is working late today, so we have all day to play!

Today Paige goes to her dayhome, and mommy has some "me time". I am meeting a friend for lunch at Mongolie Grill, Yummm....I am salavating already!! So...today is my study day. Need to get prepped for going back to work next Wednesday. I am so rusty.

Then it's Weight Watcher's weigh in, then help B. and J. put together their wedding invitations.

Yupee! Our house is sold! We were fortunate to have multiple offers so it got a bit competative- and we got more than our asking price. The thing that I am most happy about is that the buyers are SOOO happy to have our home, and that is most important to me. I want someone to be just as happy as we have been here. We finalize the paper work at the lawyers today.

What a whirlwind week!! Hey, that is a tongue twister...

Anyway, We are having our first Open House...and it's been almost two hours. Not ONE person has been in. I've sent Darren to the store to get more posters...

Please, house selling gods and spirits...send the people....

P.S. I lost 4.8 lbs this week on WW!!! I am now down 16.8 lbs!! Yeah me. AND Yeah to E. for joining. Super job girlie!!

Monday's Lesson Learnt-----> Never, ever, EVER leave the house with the "assumption" that you have an extra outfit in the diaper bag!!!! I went shopping at IKEA, and after a long couple of hours browsing, choosing and paying, I took Paige to feed her in the food area. I heated up her jar of sweet potatoes and feed the entire thing to her. She was eating like a pro, also downed an entire jar of applesauce...then it happened. She made a gagging face and spewed her entire lunch contents violently all over me, herself, the highchair and the floor below us. It was not even a "gentle" vomit...it was horror show worthy!! It was a strong stream, huge and powerful! I stripped her there in the dining area down her diaper. I then dug in the diaper bag for an extra outfit only to discover....NOTHING!! I had no spare clothes to put her in!! I left her in her diaper in the shopping cart, cleaned what I could off of the IKEA property, then put her touque, mitts and jacket on. Then bundled her in my jacket and headed for the car. So, lesson learnt. NEVER leave home without a sure confirmation that a spare outfit is indeed in the diaper bag.

We were supposed to have the house up for sale today, but alas, it's not ready. Who knew 7 years of "collecting" would take so long to clean up and get rid of??!! We have just transformed this home in to an amazing oasis...I don't know why we didn't do this sooner so we could enjoy it longer. Anyway, I am hoping that the potential new owners see what we do in this home.

That sweet girl came on her day off and painted for us. She was such a huge help. Thank you sooo much Erin.

Today Paige and I are going shopping. We need a few things to make this place showhome quality...he he. Ikea, here we come!!!

Yesterday I took PJ swimming before lunch time, and she loved it!! She always plays so happily in the water. I sure like the Kinsmen Leisure Center's chilren's area better than Millenium Place's. The water is warmer, and it's a smaller area, with less "older" kids running around and splashing the little ones. I will have to bring Paige again. We like to go once a week, so I'll have to keep up with that.


So...last night I was giving Paige some of my water, as I always share with her, and I heard this "tink, tink, tink" as she was chewing on the glass. She is getting a tooth!!! Her bottom right tooth is poking through a tiny bit!

I know I've said this many times before, but I can't believe how fast she's growing!

I also got some great news yesterday. Our favorite dayhome A. called and said that she has the two new boys under control, and would like PJ to come back! She has worked with them for 6 weeks, and feels it to be a safe, nurturing environment again for Paige! She wants her back!! I am soooo excited, I can't tell you how happy I was to hear that. So she starts this Thursday again weekly until I go back to work.

Tonight Auntie Keltie is babysitting and Darren and I are going to the Oiler's game. I am so excited. I haven't been to one of those games in years. Yupee!
